I am unaware of any injury, but I woke up this a.m. with my left hip hurting...feels like I am bruised down deep. No actual bruising externally seen. It hurts really bad causing me to limp and hurts to sit very long, starts feeling like a tooth ache

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such hip pain could be due to poor posture during sleep or it could be due to muscular spasm in my opinion it can be best managed with "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" once in day try to maintain good posture, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
