What Causes Sudden Pain In Chest Along With Foamy Substance From Mouth?
my grandmother experienced sudden chest pain and then had a thick foamy substance with some food shortly after eating. she is 75 with history of heart ailments. Chest pain relieved after spitting out foamy substance. do you think it is related to heart or something digestive?

Probably something digestive, but I somehow doubt this is cardiac related, yet it would be best to get her evaluated by some basic investigations like an EKG, a 2D ECHO, etc.
