Have had lingering bronchitis, my ear suddenly stopped up and I began to feel strong pain and pressure (left ear). A painful headache ensued immediately and when I checked blood pressure it was, and still is 2 hrs later, in the 190/110 range. Had a heart attack 1 yr ago and a stent put in. Very healthy otherwise. Should I go to emergency room or can you suggest less extreme remedy? Thx
