What Causes Sudden Onset Of Vomiting And Diarrhea?
Last night I woke up to vomit coming up. Then throughout the morning committed so hard that i urinates at the same time. Then to top it off diarrhea was next in line. My daughter and her boyfriend both had this over the weekend. She is still recovering. I feel a tad better but weak. What happened??

This may be a contagious infection in the members as you may be infected from your daughter or his boy friend. As in all of you, it is self limiting, therefore a viral infection of digestive tract is more likely.
