What Causes Sudden Onset Of Tremors In Hand With History Of Having A Injury?

Yes, my husband had an injury to his left-hand where he stabbed himself with a screwdriver between his thumb and the pointing finger he went to the hospital for it they did what they needed to that was in 1999! Now sixteen years later his hand has tremor like shaking could it be the injury maybe from a nerve or Parkinson s?

I really appreciate your concern for your husband such tremor is not due to the history of injury (old) neither this is due to Parkinson's disease but this could be due to essential tremor and condition need to be differentiated, functional symptom is very likely, hope this helps, take care.
