What Causes Sudden Onset Of Pain In Knee While Walking?
I have pain on the inside of my knee which came on suddenly while walking yesterday. The pain is fairly localized but hurts particularly when I walk down starts. It almost feels like there is a slight catch with each step. It feels better with walking even uphill. I have tried ice and rest today, but it gets more tender with inactivity. Advice?
