What Causes Sudden Onset Of Dizziness?
I was working outside yesterday for 4-5 hours in the heat cleaning a grille, fixing a downspout, etc... I felt fine when I went in for the evening but got dizzy before I went to bed. I woke up feeling dizzy and the dizziness has subsided but I still feel a little dizzy. I didn t have a fever or feel hot.

Sometimes working in hot conditions can cause dizziness.However if it is persistent the we might have to investigate it.
