What Causes Sudden Onset Chest Pressure, Tightened Throat And High Blood Pressure?
Sudden onset chest pressure, tightened throat, teeth hurt, blood pressure spikes to 124/106. Lasts 20 minutes or less then starts to diminish. Blood pressure drops back to my normal 99/54, 97/65 or so. Heart rate ranges from 56 to 45. This spell or whatever is over within 20to 30 minutes then I am just tired.

For clarification just get ECG or stress echo done for possible cardiac involvement and start with behavior therapy like medication, deep breath exercises.
