I have been under a lot of work related stress in the past week. I was in a store the other day and all of a sudden felt faint and had to immediately find a chair. Then all of a sudden, I lost all bowel control which was quite upsetting. I had a friend with me and went immediately home. Besides being tired, I was fine the rest of the day. Should I be concerned or just hope it is a one time stress related incident?
