What Causes Sudden Dizziness In An Elderly Person?

70 year old female fainted in department store. Pain down right side of back and feeling warm/flushed. Sat down before I fainted because of feeling need for a rest. Wet myself. Take liscinopril 20/25 HCTZ at 7:30 pm and Pravastatin 10 at 11:30 pm. BP 120/70. What could have happened? YYYY@YYYY
