What Causes Sudden Dizziness And Lightheadedness?

I m a little dizzy or light-headed suddenly. I m in good health, don t smoke, don t drink, except for an occasional glass of wine (none in last 48 hours). No allergies and don t take medication. No fever, but lips are also a bit numb. Maybe I m stressing out over it, but thought it would be good to check...

I understand your concern.
Feeling dizziness and light headedness in an apparently healthy individual could be due to following reasons:
1. Decreased hemoglobin level causing anaemia.
2. Alterations in blood pressure (increase or decrease), could be due to stress.
Kindly get you blood pressure and hemoglobin levels checked and consult Physician for clinical evaluation and management.
