What Causes Sudden Dizziness Along With Nausea And Sweating?
A week ago I experienced suddendizziness nausea, and sweats after trip to ER they diagnosed an inner ear infection ,sent me home with steroids and meclazine. My dr. Had me have an MRI which showed nothing. I am still very light headed all the time. I am not nauseated anymore but still lightheaded the more I move around and I am also off balance. What should I do???

Yes, middle ear infection can cause that. But get checked your blood pressure and get your ECG done.
Raised blood pressure may cause the same symptoms.
