What Causes Sudden Disappearance Of A Bladder Stone?

Hi I had 12mm stone in my bladder which was identified in ultra sound sonography. I went for an operation they put the telescope through my penis and doctors said there is nothing inside. I am in big worry where did the stone go ? I did not had pain and I did not know if it went through urine. Can it go back to kidney?

No Dear nothing can go back from bladder to kidnies and some it could be an artifact rather which was reported as stone, I would suggest a repeat ultrasonogram to see weather there is anything or not.
Regards
