What Causes Sudden Dilation Of Pupils Accompanied With Dryness In Eyes?
I am a 25 year old female. I was just at a coffee shop (not drinking anything caffeinated) and my pupils dilated. My friends asked me if I was on anything and looked really concerned. About 10 minutes later my eyes got really dry and I developed a headache. I m a little disoriented but how concerned should I be? No head injuries.

Your symptoms may be related mydriasis probably due to migraine.
I recommend using anti-inflammatory medication for the headache such as Ibuprofen.
If the symptoms continue I suggest you to see a neurologist.
