What Causes Sudden Blurriness In Vision?

I suddenly experience vision problems that made it almost impossible to read. It appears like a kaleidoscope. No headache or anything, just blurred vision. Getting better now. Only lasted a few minutes, but has happened before. Wondering what causes it?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have sudden blurriness in vision. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like cataracts , corneal opacification , infectious retinitis , macular degeneration , migraine or optic neuritis , stroke. I would suggest you to consult ophthalmologist for proper examination . Doctor may check intraocular pressure, do ophthalmoscopy or also do slit-lamp examination. Treatments for hazy vision can depend on the condition that’s causing your symptoms. These could be eye drops, laser surgeries, or medications to control the underlying conditions.
