What Causes Streaks Of Red Blood In Stools Of A Toddler?

my 2 yr old grandson has streaks of red blood in his stool, this is the 4th time it has happened. The pediatrician initially said fishers, but now is sending him to a gastro-enterologist. Also, when my duaghter briefly sqeezes hi arm, he gets a rash all over. Do you have any ideas what this could be ?

It can be due to fissures, hemorrhoids, bleeeding tendency or inflammatory bowel disease. For definitive diagnosis and treatment, you need to visit a gastroenterologist as suggested.
