What Causes Stop In Fetus Growth During Pregnancy?

Dear Doctor, I went To my doctor on Saturday 08/11/14 for baby heart beat.when found that the fetus stop growing. what is the cause of that? my doctor gave me CYTOTEC 200 mg TAB 6 .I start to drink tablets on Saturday morning around 10H30 1 tablet every 2 hours.. I had tummy cramps and running tummy... And this morning was only a spot of blood and that was it, no blood anymore. When will the medication stars to work?

Hi.I think you are having blighted ovum or abortion giving you such symptoms. So wait for a week and get done repeat scan for confirmation of diagnosis. this medicine helps to survive foetus it has little effect on pain.Thanks.
