What Causes Stools That Smell Sour Milk?

My 21 month old swallowed at least one of those decorative glass stones and I m concerned it may have been more than one since the day after he did it he started having these bowel movements that smell like sour milk and they have not stopped it s been roughly 10 days! I m concerned but, I feel like his doctors are never as concerned about anything like I am.

I really appreciate your concern, if it is hard material that does not dissolves and small in size and it is days gone since it is being swallowed, two important things are there one is make sure whether it is being really swallowed or not second to clear the doubt did you go for imaging study like xray if not then better to get this done, but for sure it must have been expelled out if ever been swallowed, other symptoms are not related with this and it is nothing to worry, hope this information helps.
