What Causes Stool Incontinence Despite Taking Miralax And Benefiber?
After I have a bowel movement it still feels like something is stuck (incomplete emptying) but straining doesn t help. I saw a Dr. that suggested a prolapse but just said to continue taking 1 tbsp. of miralax and 1 tbsp.. of Benefiber in an 8 oz. glass of water every morning. I have been doing this for more that 2 weeks and it still hasn t changed. Although I am having stools and gas passing it still feels like something is stuck (near the end) Do I just have to live with this?
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, it is not the exact on in real fecal material is there but it is just the functional feeling you have and because of this you go exerting the force then it may cause the piles formation or rectal prolapse, it is the IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome )just try to take it easy forget about the incomplete evacuation and even if it is there so it will be expelled out in next bowel emptying hope this information helps.
