What Causes Stomachache For The Last 10 Days?
I ve had a stomach ache for the last 10 days and can t seem to figure out why. It is a similar feeling to when your is upset after it disagrees with something you ate. Typically that type of stomach ache would follow with diarrhea but that doesn t ever happen and I don t have any other symptoms. I went to the doctor and they suggested trying a bland diet for a while but that didn t seem to help either. It s been 10 days and nothing seems to help. I ve cut out acidic foods and drinks, caffeine, chocolate, fatty foods, and anything else I can think of. What could this be?

Such a problem of pain in the stomach without loose stools and lasting for 10 days can be due to sub-clinical form of enteritis or some other infections where small intestine is basically infected such as Typhoid or so.
You need the blood tests for typhoid and blood sugar along with the routine.
Stool and urine tests.
Get a trial/ empirical course of antibiotics active against intestinal infection like typhoid.
