What Causes Stomach Upsets With Hematuria?

hi, i have been feeling sick in my stomach for the last 8 days. i cannot get sick even though i constantly feel like i have to. i am very weak and therefore sleeping alot over the last 8 days. i was at my GP and she took a urine sample and there was blood in it. would this have anything to do with the sickness feeling?
