What Causes Stomach Upset And Lower Back/leg Pain During Pregnancy?

Im 23 weeks pregnant and my lower back and legs have been aching for 3 days. This is my 3rd child and i've never experienced anything like this before. I have also had an upset stomach on and off for a week. Are these things i should be worried about or are they things that can just happen during pregnancy?

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Lower backache is common in pregnancy, and so is the pain in legs.
I would suggest you to have high protein diet and take lot of electrolyte rich fluid, to avoid cramps in the legs.
For backache, you should take calcium supplementation and if required, then local analgesics can be applied.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
