Over the last few days I have had stomach upset, just out of the blue I suddenly feel nauseous, a bit painful and stomach growling . This morning I took Alka seltzer and it quickly abated. Happens at different times of the day, sometimes morning or night. Felt week and hands were shaking a bit. I am 59, never had any health issues other than pericarditis years ago. I live a fairly active lifestyle, have had to deal with some stress. I have been lower on energy than usual lately as well. Great blood pressure, usually 120/80ish. 5 6 , 129lbs.
