What Causes Stomach To Tighten And Burning Sensation When Passing Stool?

5 days ago i got to feeling little sick and couldnt eat much. next mornin when i woke up it was like i was peein from butt and still when i do try eat i cant eat very much at all and it still the same just water out my butt as soon as i eat. im not really hurting anywhere except that my stomach feels very tight and my butt burns when i poop but not sore when i wipe..... Im a 28 year old male 5'7" 145 lbs any answers for this?

Burning pain may be due to inadequate fluid and fibre intake
increase fluid intake
increase fiber intake
cut down animal foods
stop dairy products
start moving
If you dont move your bowels dont move .eat a plant based diet
if still have issues go to a gastroenterologist and get a colonoscopy done.
