hello for over a week im been feeling sick in my stomach..i havent had a bm in a few days.when i did go it had a dark color to it..ive went three times in the last 3 days and it is still dark..im woundering if this is something to worry about or could it be from constpation.and now that im going agian do you think the color will be normal and this sick feeling will go away
Dear stomach pain with dark color stools may be due to upper GI bleeding or peptic ulcer disease.
Dear other cause like iron tablets or bismuth containing antacid etc
are you alcoholic??
Please avoid spicy food and alcohol,use tablet Pantaprazole before breakfast for one week. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
