What Causes Stomach Sickness And Cramping After Eating?

I been cramping the last 3 days but not today my periods not expected for about another week but It felt like my period a little less pain but every time I eat I start to feel sick to my stomach and I cant eat a whole meal without throwing it up later on in the night somedays

You seems to suffer from-mostly -Celiac Disease with ?IBS.
Other causes of IBS(inflammatory bowel Syndrome) and IBD(Inflammatory Bowel Disease) needs to be ruled out.
Gluten free diet schedules after confirming the intestinal biopsy report for Celiac disease due to wheat gluten intolerance, would resolve your health issues.
Second opinion from Gynec/Physician / surgeon with a review of diet from Nutritionist expert would resolve your issues.
