What Causes Stomach Pain,loose Stools And Giddiness?

Hi I'Ve been having painful urination for a week now. I had fever earlier this week, and sorethroat, but both are gone now. However, I'm having liquid stools and my stomach hurts. Also, I've been feeling giddy and light headed these days. What is wrong with me? ):
