What Causes Stomach Pain,bloating And Dizziness After Gallbladder Removal?

Hi doctor first iam diabetic i had my gallbladder removed last june,but since then i had stomach pain with other symtoms like dizziness bloating so the doctor asked for endescopy and the results were fine as he said and he gave me a course of pantozol for one month,i lost too much weight , lost my appetitetoo and now my mouth is watering too much saliva with bitter taste and my taste for food or water is gone i don t like the smell of food anymore.please help me. Belle

Thr symptoms you have discussed are very common with removal of gall bladder. Diet modification is necessary after surgery as you can't digest fat containing diet as before. Moreover, you are already takimg appropriate medication.
