Dear thanks for the question You have got gastritis, that s inflammation of stomach linings. It happens due to increased acidity. This is reason for your vomiting and other symptoms. It might have resulted due to food poisoning. As a practising doctor I treat my patients with these complaints with antacids (injection ranitidine or pantoperazole, tablets like omeperzole) and antiemetics (domperidone, ondansetron) for 3 days. These medicines are available over the counter. Majority of them become fine very soon. Keep taking plenty of fluids along with medicines.
