What causes stomach pain immediately after passing stool in a child?

My son who is of 2.4 years of age tells me he has stomach ache, immideately he passes stool. He passes stool atleast 3 times a day. Stool is neither loose nor too hard. There is some slimy substance like mucous in his stool early morning. He seems healthy. This is something i have observed from past one week. The mucous is the concern. Please suggest what could be wrong

Children are more prone to ingest organism like fungi or protozoa in their food. They causes spasmatic abdominal pain. to get the confirmation you can send the stool for stool analysis for evaluation of any occult organism. OTC available antispasmadic drops can be used for pain
