What Causes Stomach Pain, Headache And Weakness?

I was having a mild stomach ache and then the next day it turned in to sever pangs that would only last for a few seconds and then subside. Leaving me feeling like someone had ran me over. It lasted all day yesterday. Today I am very weak and have a headache. It is odd because it would come in waves and seem like my entire stomach was tightening up. I do not believe I ran any fever.

dear many reasons for stomach pain and head ache. stomach flu,enteric fevers, food poisoning may present like this.acute gastritis, irritable bowel s, food intolerance may present stomach ache.it is difficult to say causative until unless examination is done.use tab. nexium 40mg before breakfast. avoid spicy food and alcohol.use tab naproxen twice a day for five days.if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
