What Causes Stomach Pain Followed By Excessive Saliva From Mouth?

Sometimes I start to get pains like hunger pains which then are followed by excessive saliva coming from my mouth. I feel like mostly it comes during the evening. Possibly maybe eating fruit. It last for about a minute or so. When eat cereal with milk it seems to help. It doesn t happen often at all, about once or twice a year.

Hi,

As salivation is increased after smell or sight of food similarly contractions due to hunger has more salivation. This stops after intake of food.
