What Causes Stomach Pain During Pregnancy?

I m 39 and 4 days pregnant with my second child and I ve been having constant stomach aches all day. No matter how I position myself the pain is there, the baby is also moving less. When I last went to the dr, I was already 80% effaced and 3.8cm dilated with irregular contractions. What should I do?

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion you might be in labour.I suggest you to get an examination done to know about the progress of labour.Sometimes even during the labour the fetal movements can't be felt properly due to tightness of abdomen.Anyway examination of fetal heart sounds by doctor is advisable.
