What Causes Stomach Pain During 38 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

I am 38 weeks pregnant and out of no where today I got a horrible stomach ache and it hurt so bad it made me throw up, along with that I have been going to the restroom a lot. It has been still hurting for the last hour sometimes worst then others but still in pain and the whole time it has hurt the baby has been moving around like crazy. Should I be worried? What should I do?

I have gone through your question.
Does stomach pain radiating to any side? Does it is associated with vomiting? These clarifications would help be more.
As you are near full term then labor pain starts and disappears initially that might be interpreted as stomach pain by you.
Although i would advise you to do ultrasound scan , and consult tour gynecologist for further advise.
