What Causes Stomach Pain And Gas That Lasts For Several Days?

I have been having stomach pain with gas and cramping every time I eat something This lasts for several days at a time. This has been occurring for several years, with increasing frequency. I sometimes have a dull pain just under my sternum. no constapation or diarrhea some nausea depending on how gassy I am. Any ideas?
