What Causes Stomach Pain And Frequent Bowel Movements?

my stomachs been hurting for about 4 days and i've had to poop a lot and it's all been really soft and now i've noticed some red gobs in it.. what could it be? i thought i might have swallowed something in some ocean water but now i'm thinkin i need to go get it checked out??
