General & Family Physician, Dr. Priyanka's Response
Hi,
There can be many causes for stomach pain and cold sensations in the body, including but not limited to food poisoning, digestive issues, viral or bacterial infection, dehydration, stress and anxiety, and certain medical conditions such as appendicitis, urinary tract infection, or influenza. It is best to seek medical attention to diagnose the specific cause and receive proper treatment.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
