lately i have been feeling rlly tired and weak. i also have night sweats. i am 5'7" and im 124 pound. my stomach hurts and i have movable bumps on my neck and upper leg

dear it maybe lipoma or lymph nodes or sebeceous cyst etc.with out examination it is difficult to say what it is.you may be having acute gastritis or cholecystitis or renal or gallbladder stone. there is a possibility of abdominal TB also. please get it done ultrasound scan and blood investigation.please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
