What Causes Stomach Pain Along With Diarrhea In An Elderly?
Good Day, My sister is 67 years old. Weighs 313 and is 5 10 . About 2 weeks ago she started having watery stools with severe pain in her stomach. She can t seem to get any solid bowel movements. Been in hospital twice in the two weeks, they just send her home. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. What about the Shigella Bacteria (suggested by the CDC.)? Thank you, Kathi

For loose motions or diarrhea your sister has to take tab norflox-tz twice daily after meals for at-least 5 days with cap pantop-dsr or cap rabson-dsr twice daily empty stomach for gastric upset with tab cyclopam or tab meftal-spaz twice daily after meals for stomach ache. Give her tab nitazoxanide twice daily after meals for at-least 5 days to get rid off completely from loose motions. Advice to drink ORS or vital-z powder or lemon juice as much as she can to maintain her hydration and electrolyte balance.
