What Causes Stomach Grumbling?

I am a 50 year old man. I went to a gay sauna in London 3 weeks ago, and oral sex was performed on me. Since then I have had a very noisy stomach. Naturally I am worried. My last STI tests 6 months ago were all negative. What might be causing this and what should I do?
