earlier in the week i came home from work after feeling fine all day, came in and laid down for a few minutes. then all of a sudden i had to rush to the bathroom because i had diarrhea and all of sudden started vomitting. thats was monday night and now right now, friday morning, i woke and went to the bathroom and did the same, had diarrhea and vomitted at the same time. now the vomitting hasnt occured all week but the diarrhea has. i feel like ive been eating and drinking well enough this week to. since late last night i keep burping this taste that i dont think ive ever had before. my stomach feels all in a flux right now i can feel it growling and tumbling but am afraid to eat just to vomit it up later. while all this has happened this week i havent felt sick, strangely enough. what is wrong with my body? please help thanks
