What Causes Stomach Discomfort And Emesis?

I am suffering from not being able to eat for more than 4 months. ive had colonoscopies, egd, and a esophogial scope and still suffering, it feels like someone has kicked me in the gut all the time. when I get up in am I have emesis. I need help and I m not loosing any weight and getting weaker and weaker by the day.

It could be gastritis.
As first-line management, you can take antacids like omeprazole or pantoprazole for symptomatic relief. You can also take antiemetic like domperidone also. Avoid spicy foods as it might worsen the symptoms.
If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
