I have had a change in the size of my bowel movements. Previously they were solid, recently my movements are small in size, about the size of your small finger. I have several bowel movements everyday but not a lot at one time. I have a lot of gas and at night especially when I go to bed, my stomach sounds like a war with gurgling sounds. I recently had a ct scan of my stomach but nothing showed. I feel bloated at times. Any idea what is going on?
