What Causes Stomach Cramps?

i keep getting extremely bad stomach cramps to the point where i cant stand straight, feel like im going to be sick and get dizzy, i thought this was due to full fat dairy products so i cut it out of my diet, but everytime i get stressed my stomach flairs up and nothing stops it, this pain can go on for hours at a time, what shall i do?

Hello,

The possible underlying cause is gastritis induced alteration in stomach pH giving spasms. Working tips at present for a better outcome
- Drink more liquids in sessions.
- Dietary measures to avoid spices, oily, nonveg, junk foods.
- Avoidance of stress, anxiety.
- Manage sound sleep of seven hours.
- Avoid smoking, alcohol if consuming.
- Intake of PPI as omeprazole, antispasmodic as dicyclomine will help.
