What Causes Stomach Cramps With Watery Diarrhea?

I m just trying to figure out if I should go to the hospital ASAP or just ride this out. Most of the day I was fine, my morning poop was normal, but at about 930pm I started to get stomach cramps and went to the bathroom, and I was pooping water. I am slightly worried because I didn t eat anything for over 12 hours (that is more than normal on a work day) and I didn t drink anything other than purified water (which I ve been drinking for months now). I m at a loss for what this is or how bad it is. All I know is that anytime I drink any water, seconds later I m pooping the water out. Thanks, Alex

Hi,
It seems that you might be having acute gastro-enteritis giving rise all symptoms.
You might require some medicine like Loperamide, metronidazole, ofloxacilin to control loose motions.
Take Meftal spas or cyclopam for stomach pain.
Take plenty of water and ORS liquids.
Take light food like curd, rice and buttermilk.
Ok and take care.
