What Causes Stomach Cramps With Tenderness?

Hi! After eating salmon, rice, veggies & salad I got severe cramps for several hrs. & could hardly get to sleep. Next day my stomach was very tender & the day after that still very tender. I suspect the salmon, but my husband shared it & felt fine. Was wondering if MSG might have been in the rice also? We had eaten at Longhorn restaurant.
