What Causes Stomach Cramps On Taking Alcohol?

When I drink Alcohol with a mixer like coke I don t get a sore stomach, but when I drink Premixed Cans of alcohol It gives me stomach cramps after about 2. Some wines do it to me as well. Could it be artificial sweetener that I am allergic too? as I know if artificial sugar is in cakes I get the cramps too. It s just strange that I can drink eg. Jack Danials spirit and coke, but not jack and coke in a premix can.

Cannot say in your particular case BUT
alcohol is a gastric stimulant. It increases acid secretion and lowers the tone controlling the top of the stomach to the esophagus. As such it predisposes to reflux and increased acidity.
The can has more carbonation. This can increase reflux.
