What Causes Stomach Cramps And Nausea?
Hi! I have had bad stomach cramping with nausea for the past 2 days I ve been having bad reactions to food lately but I m not sure if it s a reaction to food or something else. Yesterday with the stomach cramps I also experienced a fever and vomiting. Any advice would be great...thank you!

I have read your query and understand your concern. Your symptoms look more like food poisoning most probably dysentery. You need antibiotics at present and plenty of oral fluids preferably ORS solution. You may start taking tab Ofloxacin and Ornidazole.
