What Causes Stomach Cramps And Loose Motions?

I am a 19 year old female, 5ft 6, 14 stone. I wake up every morning around 5am bursting for a poo and it is always runny. It is the agonising stomach cramps that wake me up though. I always have to go again before work at 8am. do you have any idea whats causing this.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, watery stool may not be due to the disease condition because it must be happening just in the morning, you have not mentioned anything about the frequency of this, if this is just happening in the morning then it may be due to the diet taken, try to change the diet.
In absence of any other or associated symptoms like abdomen pain, nausea, fatigue it is nothing to worry, it may be nonspecific condition and not the disease and such condition may not need any treatment but it comes around on its own,
hope this information helps.
