What Causes Stomach Cramps And Bloating?

About a week ago I was experiencing stomach cramps. The next day I started my period. Well it has been days since my cycle ended. I m still having sharp stomach cramps every once in a while. Sometimes associated with nausea. I m a healthy eater and drink a ton of water. I now have diarhea for the past few days. I feel very bloated also. mlongo

I can understand your concern.
You are having irregular menses.
So possibility of hormonal imbalance is more likely.
Hormonal imbalance also causes nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps.
So better to consult gynecologist and get done hormone levels.
You may need hormone pills to regulate hormones.
Once your hormones are normalize, you will be alright.
You can take antacid (pantoprazole) and anti emetic (domperidone) for cramps and vomiting.
